What Shipping Methods Are Available?
For shipping we use Royal Mail Standard international service. Delivery is expected 5-7 business days.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We aim to dispatch orders received by 13:00 on the same day, and we aim to dispatch orders placed after 13:00 on the next working day. Should an item be out of stock we will always contact you with the estimated delivery date and the option to amend or cancel your order.
Although orders are usually delivered much faster, please allow 15 working days for Standard UK service, 20 working days for Standard EUROPE service and 25 working days for INTERNATIONAL deliveries.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we use Royal mail to deliver world wide. Delivery costs are calculated on a flat rate basis judging from your location.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept card payments and Paypal.

When buying online make sure in the top left of the browser it states “secure” meaning that any data you enter is safe. Our website host uses top encryption ensuring our customers web safety.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No Account is needed to place an order with us however we do recommend it as it saves you team for your next purchase by saving you account details.
We offer to exchange goods within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days to discuss the exchange and check stock level. When returning items please obtain proof of postage. Unless the items are faulty all returns are at the customers cost. Items to be returned must be unused, and undamaged and in the original packaging.

When returning an item please enclose your invoice if possible, or a note with your details if not, and include instructions explaining what you would like to be done. Please also obtain proof of postage.
