Product Description: Stockmar Wax Crayons Combo Wooden Box – 8 blocks & 8 sticks standard colours
Stockmar Wax Crayons Combo Wooden Box – 8 blocks & 8 sticks standard colours. Stockmar Art Materials widely used in Steiner Waldorf Schools, by reason of their exceptional qualities. The Stockmar crayons created from beeswax and colour fast pigments and adhere well to smooth and rough drawing paper as well as parchment, raffia, cloth, metal and glass. Used for many types of arts and crafts including Transparencies, Paper Batik and En caustic work.
The sticks lend themselves to detailing the background of a picture. With perhaps a departure from the usual convention of creating an outline and then colouring it in, the stick leaves you free to create an image in its own accord and wow ‘just look at this’ and you find an object that you had not even thought much about!
Salago offer the blocks and sticks in metal or wooden boxes in variations of 8, 16 and 24 colours.
A cost-effective alternative can be to buy individual blocks and sticks. Another option can be to make your own colour selection to fill a handmade crayon case (one of ours or your own creation)
